John A. Giacobbe, MBA, Esq.

The founder, John A. Giacobbe, also practices commercial and residential real estate; wills, trusts and estate planning; and business and commercial law as an Associate for Marino and Chambers, P.C. in White Plains, NY.
Mr. Giacobbe practiced Personal Injury Litigation in the Wall Street area of New York City and has concentrated his practice on the representation of accident victims. He has worked on both jury and nonjury trials in the areas of general negligence, automobile negligence, and criminal law and has helped clients achieve substantial compensation for their injuries.
Mr. Giacobbe was born in the Bronx and resides in New Rochelle, New York. He is actively involved with several nonprofit entities in the Westchester and Bronx communities including coaching the New Rochelle High School's Mock Trial Team and assisting the Youth Shelter of Westchester.
After having worked for Wachovia Wealth Management, the Imperial Yacht Club, and Century 21, Mr. Giacobbe went back into academia and attended Quinnipiac University's School of Law and School of Business. He ranked amongst the top of his first year law school class, graduated Cum Laude from the Juris Doctorate program, while simultaneously earning his Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Giacobbe achieved dozens of awards of recognition for his accolades. Most notably, he earned the coveted Distinguished Academic Achievement Award, for achieving the highest grade in his class, in: Advanced Legal Writing and Research, Law Office Management, Trial Practice, and Advanced Trial Practice. Additionally, he was the President of his Law School's Moot Court Honor Society and won second place in a National Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Giacobbe is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey and is dedicated to his clients.
