John A. Giacobbe, MBA, Esq.

John Giacobbe was a personal injury litigator in the Wall Street area of New York City and has concentrated his practice on the representation of accident victims, estate planning, real estate, and civil litigaiton. He has worked on both jury and nonjury trials in the areas of general negligence, automobile negligence, and civil litigaiton and has helped clients achieve substantial compensation for their injuries and legal claims.
John was born in Bronx, New York and resides in New Rochelle, New York. He is actively involved with several nonprofit entities in the Westchester and Bronx communities.
After having worked for Wachovia Wealth Management, Imperial Yacht Club, Inc., and Century 21 real estate, John went back into academia and attended Quinnipiac University's School of Law and School of Business. He ranked amongst the top of his first year law school class, graduated Cum Laude from the Juris Doctorate program, and earned his Masters in Business Administration. John has achieved dozens of awards of recognition for his accolades. Most notably, he earned the coveted Distinguished Academic Achievement Award, for achieving the highest grade in his class, in: Advanced Legal Writing and Research, Law Office Management, Trial Practice, and Advanced Trial Practice. Additionally, he was the President of his law school's Moot Court Honor Society and won second place in a National Moot Court Competition.
John Giacobbe is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, and also the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
